| 1.1 | The Site provides an online portfolio to show artwork and sales of original art from Marion King Art. You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. |
| 2 | This site contains intellectual property owned by Marion King Art, including trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. |
| 2.1 | All copyright is retained by the artist, Marion King. Images must not be resold or reproduced without the artist’s written permission. |
| 2.2 | No part of this site may be exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our prior written permission. |
| 2.3 | You have permission to access and use this site and content, and download or print a copy of any part of the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. |
| 3 | E-commerce: We offer original artwork for sale on this site. To avoid learning your credit card information, we’ve partnered with Stripe to securely process payment. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. |
| 3.1 | If you purchase artwork from this site, our terms and conditions of supply will apply to the sales. |
| 3.2 | Artwork listed may be withdrawn from sale at any point by the artist for reasons such as, but not limited to, sale elsewhere or withheld for exhibition display. |
| 3.3 | We have carefully photographed and measured the artwork to show it as accurately as possible. Due to variations in browsers, monitors and screen settings, the colour you see may be different. This is not considered to be a fault and slight differences will not be considered a valid reason to return the artwork. |

Limitation of Liabilities
You will be bound by the specific terms associated with buying artwork from this website, therefore we suggest you read and carefully evaluate these terms. In the event that liability is established by an entity in accordance with these terms, you acknowledge and agree that the maximum limit for a liability claim will not exceed the amount paid to us with respect to the purchase of original artwork and/or limited edition prints,
Since the United Arab Emirates is the country of domicile, as such the governing law is the local law. |
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (hereafter “ADJD”) shall govern these terms and their interpretation.
The Parties hereby irrevocably consent that ADJD Courts shall have sole jurisdiction over and venue in respect of any controversy or claim arising out of or related to these Terms, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
