Ordering

How do I place my order?

Select the artwork you’d like to buy and add it to your basket. Once you’re ready to purchase click on Proceed to Checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping address to calculate shipping costs. At the moment shipping is free with the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

How are payments taken?

Payments are taken in US$ (United States Dollars)  using Stripe. You can use your credit or debit card.

SHIPPING

How soon after ordering will I receive my painting?

Original paintings – I will pack and ship your order within 5 working days. Estimates of shipping times vary according to destination. Please allow up to 20 days for delivery after your order has been shipped.

Print editions – Your order will be packed and shipped your order within 2-5 working days. Estimates of shipping times vary according to destination. Please allow up to 20 days for delivery after your order has been shipped but most are much quicker.

Is shipping included?

It is included for deliveries within the UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia. All other destinations will pay shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Your painting will be carefully packaged and you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Overseas shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Payment of duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are outside our control and we do not accept responsibility for them.

RETURNS

What if I don’t like my painting when it arrives?

I want you to love your painting so if it’s not what you were expecting, you can contact me within 7 days of receiving it and request a refund.

Once your refund request has been approved, you should carefully pack and return the painting using a reputable service. After receiving it back safely, I will issue a refund within 14 days, minus any taxes and duties I have had to pay if it’s being returned from abroad.

What if my painting or print is damaged in transit?

Paintings and prints are wrapped and packaged very carefully to minimise risk of damage. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving the artwork and send a photograph.
